Jérôme Gory – Founder
I began my career in the oil and gas industry in 1998, building a strong technical foundation and developing extensive experience in complex operational environments.
In 2014, I transitioned into broader service-oriented roles by launching my first company, expanding my expertise in process improvement, engineering support, marine technologies, and the management of both local and international employment contracts.
This entrepreneurial step, combined with my industry background, has equipped me with a unique blend of technical insight and organizational capability, enabling me to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support high-performing teams across diverse regions and services.

2014 — Gyro Consulting Services USA
Founded in the United States, Gyro Consulting Services began its journey in Oil & Gas consulting, later expanding into Renewable Energy, HR, and Payrolling Services. Our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction quickly positioned us as a trusted partner in energy and workforce solutions.
2020 — Gyro CSE Limited (Ireland)
To strengthen our global footprint, we established Gyro CSE Limited in Ireland, focusing on International Payroll Services. This entity ensures seamless, compliant payroll management for multinational clients operating across borders.
2021 — Gyro CSE LTD (United Kingdom)
The launch of Gyro CSE LTD UK marked our expansion into local payroll services in the United Kingdom. Our team ensures full compliance with local employment and tax regulations, serving both local and international businesses.
2023 — Kompass RH (France)
We created Kompass RH in France, a company dedicated to Portage Administratif, offering administrative and operational support to self-employed professionals and auto-entrepreneurs.
2023 — Acquisition of EasyB (Spain)
Gyro Group acquired EasyB, a Spanish company providing administrative assistance and company creation services. This acquisition broadened our support capabilities for startups and entrepreneurs across Spain.
2024 — Kompass Portage Salarial (France)
